hi, i am working on exterior elevations and need to creat schedule for material used. i use material tag to tag my materials. MAT-1 thru MAT-12. now i want to create schedule that will automaticly populate and show material name. I have materials all set with MAT-1 in material description field and proper material name. how do i create schedule that will give me 1 column with MAT-1 thru MAt-12 and second column with material names. i have tried material takeoff but instead of once for each material it is listing it several times. not sure how to make schedule to show each type only show once. any idea?
