I have a garage door family I modified from the OTB revit family. Sporatically, it will add the wall from the family into the project. I am attaching an image and the door family. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Families can not contain walls so if this is part of the family, then the family was built incorrectly.

In the image, there are two garage doors, they are both the same family just different sizes. The 8' wide door shows an additional wall but the 16' door does not...

Please reread my post....
If the family is not the problem then your model is the problem.
In that 3D view, why don't you delete that wall that sticks up through the roof and see what happens.

I Re-loaded the family and it fixed itself!??
Add that to the list of things to try before posting...

WWHUB- I did that and it deleted the whole door. Rather than trying to simply place the door again I hit undo once the door and wall disappeared. Messed with the family and checked the parameters and nothing happened. This had happened before and was curious if it was a common glitch. But like I said, I reloaded the family from our library and watched it fix itself once I hit the "overwrite existing".
