Can somebody give me an idea on how can I model this type of wall board including a repetitive support post between the plaster boards ? Furthermore it would be great if doors or windows could be hosted and cut the "wall" wothout having to use voids etc.USING REVIT 2016

Walls in Revit (or any building modeling program) are typically never modeled to this detail level. It is just too much for the systems. Use the standard Revit walls with layers. You won't be able to do studs. In detail views like you show, use detail components.
