I have downloaded a door with frames which I deleted and I think after that the door handle started floating in the air (see images attached). I tried fixing it, but when I go into family edit mode, the handle seems fine. Anybody has an idea how do I fix it?
Thanks in advance

It looks like the handle is constrained to the face of the wall, not the face of the door panel. Change the wall thickness in the door family to see what I’m talking about. If still no go, upload the family so we can troubleshoot.

Seems like still no go, maybe a former door frame had something to do with it. It's long gone anyway.

Yeah, something else is going on with those handles and locks. Just delete them and reinsert, fix their constraints, so they are attached to the door panel and it should work.
As a reminder: geometry should not be constrained to other geometry. Always create ref plane skeleton first, apply dims and parameters, flex them and at the end apply geometry and constrain it to the ref planes and flex everything again.
