I am working with 1/2 dozen other designers, and we have to export a .nwc for coordniation 2-3 times a day. When i export to an .nwc a warning displays and displays, "cannot open [file_name] for writing" causing the export to fail. Troubleshooting it, i thought it was the Navis setting "close on load" toggle, and we should turn th toggle off, but i didnt have any luck with that because only half of us are having this issue, and i would like to nip this in the bud before it becomes an absolute disaster spawned from free will. With everyone constantely updating, this snag is causing compounded problems of people not working with the most up-to-date files, and/or creating duplicate files and causing neccassary chaos/stress. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, making 5 calls/emails each time to update a file is a little time consuming. Please and thank you.
P.S.- Navisworks setting screenshot attached.

I'm sure you have a ton of memory and capacity on your machine but this platform still has some carried over limitations from the DOS days. I have seen your kind of problems because the tmp file area seems to run out of room. The fix for us was to run CCleaner and clear out those files.
