As you know I am very new but we already did 2 complete projects with revit. I just included a simple shaded view in my cover sheets but I would like to do something similar to what you did in the 'Supreme & District Court' project you uploaded. Maybe you can give me some tips on this. I order these two training books, "Photoshop for Architects (DVD-ROM)" & "Enhancing CAD Drawings with Photoshop". Do you think this is all I need to do what you did? I would like to insert those kinds of trees you have there. Also, do you use ArchVision? do you think I should get that? and finaly why haven't you uploaded any renderings? I am sorry if I did to many questions. I am asking you because I've seen that you are very helpful. Thanks a lot, Alberto Mtz.

Hello, I think you'll find most of what i did for that project doable using Skisouth's excellent photoshop tutorials. If you follow through those i'm sure you'll quickly get the idea. I'd imagine those two books would put you much further than what i know of photoshop. I'm currently setting up a library of alpha transparency trees for photoshop so I can quickly overlay them on cad drawings with transparency. Making it much quicker to create fast and effective sketch proposal images. I wasn't even aware Archvision was a product, i thought it was a company that supplies RPC elements? I haven't uploaded many renderings as they are not a big part of what i do. I probably do a rendering once every 3 months or so... Will probably be doing some soon actually. Looking forward to testing out the rendering tools in ACAD2007 and how well they integrate with Revit. HTH.
