I would like to have a smooth and simple transition in the internal corner of stair rail.
But i end up with weird results.
Please have a look at these attached images.
And suggest me a solutions.

Why are you filleting the railing path? That is really strange. If you want a more round transition, you will have to break the railing and add your own components I think.
Where you didn't use the curve, your problem is the railing needs to be to meet you height requirements for landing and stair. You can map out where that junction is based on your risers and the angles. Try sliding the railing back onto the landing so the railing joins correctly on the left. This may cause you to have a flat on the right because of your last riser location.

Handrails frustrate me to no end.
We have some in the middle of a multi-story stair that have to step up after it gets to the landing. We havent figured out a way to control where this step occurs. It's very frustrating.
We've stopped modeling them in certain situations, and only draw them in 2d in the sections.

Railing is tricky.
We have to go down to the basic geometry, with the considerations of all building code constrains.
Here is the thread I posted before. Hope that can give some hints.

That's one reason people were using newel post at landings. Unfortunately, the modern building codes would not allow it for public buildings mainly for ADA reason. Which I like it. My suggestion is providing more rooms in stairwells.

Hello all,
I found out the way to create smooth corner in revit railing.
The steps are :
1. set default joint to fillet in type properties & set radius bigger than the top rail diameter.(Project browser>Families>Railing>Top rail type>Right click on 40mm Circular (Default one) & Choose Type properties )
2. Change top rail to 40mm circular in railing properties.
I really liked the result & it saves lot of time.
Thanks for your support _/\_
