so my whole building suddenly started showing at an angle in 3d view, its horizontal in all the other views. I screenshoted an example. Please help!!

I did not understand your problem. Which view are you in? (Sorry I didn't read 3D)
Can you also post your properties panel? So we can see which options might have driven things wrong..

You are in a 3D view. Turn on the view cube and rotate the view around or select one of the faces of the cube to orient to a direction. Or you can press and hold shift + click the middle scroll wheel to orbit.
