Instead of a note pointing to an expansion or epoxy anchor listing it's diameter, minimum embedment, edge distance and spacing, the engineers of our company would like to be able to insert a table to a live section where a certain anchor is being show. My first thought was to create shared parameters of the information they want and then create a tag with the parameters inside a square boxed in table. Problem solved. However, one of the engineers commented that sometimes the "spacing" parameter would not be used in the tag. He asked is there a way if the spacing paramter isn't used the table would automatically remove that parameter so it's not showing and the table would become smaller? Is there another way to make this table that has this function? I'm using Revit 2016.
