How do you control the window operation on Casement windows? I have a large building with several different casement window sizes, some of them are shown as operable, and some are not. I need all of them to be non-operable.

It should be a family setting. It may be instance or type based depending on who built the family. Typically, the setting just controls visibility of the swing lines.
