My friend did level 2 while I did level 1. I am trying to combine them so when I copy from his file and place it to mine it does not match. Is there a quick way to copy with the base point? Should I adjust project base and survey points. Please advise if there is a simple way. Your help is much appreciated.

Have you tried linking level 2 into level 1? Then you can copy what you need from level 2, or keep it as link. I assume you guys have planed some way of having the models in the same references, either using hte same zero point (local revit point), or by using axis. Good luck.
