I am creating a residential roof where the lanai roof is higher than the rest. I have combed the forums looking for a solution and found the Dutch Roof/ Gable, which seems close but not quite right in that I can offset from base. The problem is that it doesn't make it a smooth transition. I have attached a few pics of what I have and what I am trying to accomplish.

mansell5 Thanks for the link, I am familiar with joining roofs and cutting the geometry, and that was very informative. The issue I am having is the facia folllowing the slope if the roof "up" to the next level. I created a fill region to show what I am trying to accomplish.

Are you trying to create this all as one roof? This can be done quite easily by making the roof out of just a few different pieces.

marmiketin1 I have created the whole roof (see attached images) with 7 different roofs, which have been joined and cut to create the one big roof. The previous post shows a fill region depicting what I am trying to accomplish. Do I need to create another roof to get the sloped fascia I am looking for?

Figured it out! The final piece of my puzzle was done as a roof by extrusion to create the sloped fascia I was looking for. Thanks for the help!! Until next time...
