I want to create a wall with straight edges on exterior phase but curve profile on interior, it will be great if someone could guild me.

You can not do this with a simple wall type, it would have to be a combination of walls with oter walls or sweeps or voids.
BTW - Curved interior is not very precise. Curved in plan, in elevation, on a skew?

okay, I am having issue with wall in plan, where it looks straight on exterior but curve phase on interior.

Use two walls, one the outer straigt wall without an interior and the other an interior wall placed as a curve.
