Hi,
I am having problems getting things to read as they should.
Basically we have a linked CAD file from another consultant which we need to show in most of our views. To avoid it disappearring behind some of our Revit elements we have offset it up in the air above these elements. However the hatches and linework in th CAD file are now appearing above symbolic lines from the numerous families visible in the view.
Is there a way to have symbolic lines take priority and display over absolutely everything else in a view?
We are using Revit 2016 for this one.
Thanks in advance,
P

Bad practice. The CAD file you are using has been linked as a 3D CAD and that's why you can 'move it up'. As such, it can hide model elements. Model elements that have symbollic linework act the same as a model element, other model elements (your CAD) can hide them.
