Hello - hoping someone can help. I have created a new floor type and assaigned a material to it with a model surface pattern. It shows up in the 3D view, but not in the floor plan. I have checked VG overrides, worksets, view range and even tried painting it. Nothing worked. Anything I am missing? Thanks for any ideas!

More than 99% chance that you have done something to create this problem. Look again at your plan settings for cut plane and also at your VG settings. Is there a plan region? You might create a new plan of the same floor without any template from the plan dropdown. Don't copy your plan - make new. Cut a section and make sure something is not hiding like another floor or layer.
Something is strange in your views. In the 3D, I see what must be 2 different floors but they are both blue and I see a blue limit line in the larger area. What is what?

Can you delete everything but floors, purge and upload, so we can troubleshoot?

You need to purge 3 times to really get rid of everything. If you have gotten everything else out, include deleting groups from the family area, then the file size will be OK.
