Just wondering how would I rotate a horizontal sun shade ( I d/l one from the site) so that it becomes a vertical sun shade...not too familiar with Revit but know a bit about families etc- do you somehow use the flip control? If so, how and what needs to be done?
Any info much appreciated.

YOU WILL NEED TO GO INTO THE FAMILY, UNCONTRAIN IT AND ACTUALLY ROTATE IT.
YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO RE-DIMENSION AND CONSTRAIN...
HAVE A LOOK AT WHAT YOU GOT.
GIVE IT A GO AND LET US KNOW
(SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS...)
