Good morning, Our revision table format would place the column headers at the bottom of the table and subsequent revision data would begin at the bottom and fill-in bottom to top. Is there a way to format the table to fill-in data from bottom to top to achieve this end. Regards, Daniel Herbert

no...and these tables dont work well either so the best thing to do is not use them and just use text on the sheet...the problem with them is you cannpt change the order in which the revisions display after you create them...for instance...say you create a revision but are not ready to issue it yet but then create another revision and want to issue it before the original revision...once you later go back and issue the first revision, that revision will force its way below the second revision on the list...so you would think the only way to fix this is to not bubble things till you are ready to issue them but then it is impossible to track what has been revised because you havent bubbled it as you went....

Revisions in Revit still need to be refined to work in the real world. Until then, I still use them sometimes, but don't "issue" them. Reason: once issued they cannot be modified, and sometimes I make mistakes that need to be corrected. As suggested in previous post, text may still work the best. If you use a consistant revision block on all sheets, then using a group or legend view placed on each sheet may help simply the task. Tom
