can you import 3d models that were created in 3D stuidio max into revit? They save as .max file.

you must export it out as a dwg, or dxf. then bring it into revit. (The problem is now you must redo the materials

so if i download a object, then i would hafe to open it in 3D studio then export it as a .dxf,.dwg etc?
