Start off by creating your Walkthrough once you are ready to make it into an Avi File go to File, Export, Avi. It will bring you to a save screen on theis screen you have a few options set them to what you want. In the Formate Display mode place Set it to Raytracing Push save and it will start to render. Just so you know Rendering these things takes a long time the last on that i did took 14 hours to render.
To create the walkthrough go to veiw, new, Walkthrough create make sure to set your parameters that you want on the camera.

Be sure you have the walkthrough open. You also want to make sure you have a render setting scene set up so that you can select it when the time comes. This will allow the AVI export to render every frame of the walkthrough and save it as your avi movie.
HTH.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line! |

The FPS depend on how fast you are moving through the scene. TV works at 30 fps but I find that you can get away with about 20 fps as long as you view does not move to fast. A good way to test this is to first make the movie first using hiden lines, this will go very fast. Once you have it all set up the way you want it, then go ahead and make the movie with the rendering turned on. Be aware that making a movie with rendering takes a LONG LONG time, days even. Also, when you play around with the fps, you may want to change the number of total frames in the movie. If you don't, the more fps you have, the less time your movie will be so bump up the total frames in the movie.
