I know how to create a on/off visibility parameter for our seal for a linked dwg, but how do you do the same for a JPEG?

I figured it out. I created a generic annotation family and inserted the JPEG stamp into that. I then inserted that family into title sheet. Then I was able to select it and add the visibility parameter to it.
