is there any way I can make all my external doors appear on my window schedule?

Not unless you make your windows into doors by changing their family category.
You'll probably find it easier to create a filtered door schedule that displays all you external doors, then remove its column headers and title and place it directly underneath your window schedule, effectively making it appear as one schedule.
