how can we see both windows placed @90 cm and @190 cm....i am sure this task is not new but i couldn't find in forum...

From the View Tab on the Design bar, place a Plan Region around the area for the windows that are currently above the view cut plane and then adjust the cut plane for the Plan Region so that it cuts thru the windows that are not currently shown. Once the Plan Region is drawn, click finish sketch, select the region, and click properties in the options bar, then click the edit button next to View Range to adjust the cut plane HTH Post edited on 2006-04-22 15:20:58

thought i'd throw in a trick i picked up from another brisbane user, pearson, in relation to plan regions. he places a plan region in the corner of all views, so he can drag its extents over the model and quickly 'see' things above or below, and so check things as needed. i find it very helpful when underlays do not quite work.
