Was looking thru lots of past forums/websites about Revit's problems with leaving bits of parent wall at embedded curtainwall corners and wanted to share a workaround.  Set your curtainwall "centerline" to the exterior face of the embedded walls.  Change the offset of the mullions and curtain panels to place these back in the wall where you need them (this may require duplicating curtainwall, mullion, and panel types and renaming if this is a unique conditon).  As the centerlines now reach the "faces" of the parent walls, Revit cuts the parent walls all the way to the corners.  You may need to play with the join controls on the horz. mullions / corner mullions to get something visually acceptable at the mullion joins, but the attached image shows where I ended up.
