Hey guys. I've found a family from DECA in the internet where its Plumbing Fixture family has a face as host. Inside the family, there's an extrusion which is blocked, I can't copy it to another family, and it is the face host. You will notice that family category is under "Architecture" list and there's a host parameter showing "FACE" (please see attached file "Family").
I'm trying to create a family with a host face, exactly as that one, I'm using the "Plumbing Fixture" template (not the "Wall based"), but I can't find a way to create a face host (please see attached file "My family - not hosted").
Any sugestions?
Thank you.
----------- UPDATE -----------
I think I've found out.
I just opened a new family template using "generic model" and then changed the category to "Plumbing Fixture". Doing this, I could keep with the "extrusion" face host that comes in the generic family template.

to create a pluming fixture face based use the generic model face based as a template then once you are inside the family change the category to pluming fixture as shown in attachment
