is there a way to reset the default side of the level indicator for levels?
this is usually a problem when levels are created by sketching... 1 is from left to right and then the next was righ tto left...
it's really irritating to reset them for each section/elevation view
any ideas??

I looked at this awhile ago and as I remember it, just like for column lines, it is a begin/end feature. As such, I don't see any way of setting a single end to a left/right when they are not drawn the same way.

I don't have Revit here.... You might try picking the offending level lines and mirooring them (no copy).

Within the level line system family you can change the bubble default end to either 'symbol at end 1' or 'symbol at end 2' in the type properties. Select a level line and then edit type to see the properties.

marmekintin1, you must have missed what was written in the original post. Your answer does not apply here.
