I am returning to Revit after a while and kinda stuck with stupid thing
I am starting a brand new project but I am not getting four elevation arrows on sheet , Previously I remember It comes automatic when you start a new file
Any help is appreciated

If you are using a template from Autodesk, you should be able to see the elevation arrows on your plan views. Otherwise you can add new elevations to the plan, and see if you get the arrows to teste what is the problem.
