- : hi - I downloaded a sumbol; it comes into revit in what seems to be larger than true scale; it will not let me modify it's length nor rotate how can i make it do what I want???
- the symbol is closet_hangers_on-Pole_10694

I don't have Revit here to look at your family but I will suggest that you do not want to use this.
You write: "... seems to be larger than true scale...". Symbols are like text. Their size is relative to paper space, not model. If you want something correctly scaled, use a model element or detail element.
