Good morning fellow colleagues. This is just an opinion post.
We have a large project 4 towers 4 parkades overall site design that incorporates different consultants across Canada. The prime is working on one portion we are on another in this phased project. The Prime has developed a BIM PxP plan for their scope and we have our own for how we are managing our models.
Prime is requesting to have one overall BIM PxP incorporating all consultants but I feel that each firm should have their own and comment on the overall.

I tend to agree with you . . . but as long as there's a good plan. That's the critical thing.

Hi. there. As far as I know. It's up to overall project manager to decide over Execution plan. In addition you can check your contract (if it exists). Neuances over the execution plan should be described and agreed prior to commencement of the project.
