For example, if I want the mainfloor is 9', set level 1=0, level two=0+a (a=9'), so for the next project, I only change a=8', all the levels changed automaticaly (more than 30 levels for a typical house)

since you cannot have parameters for dimensions in a project on versions earlier than Revit 2016 the best way to do what you need is to use a dimension string at every level and toggle the equal spacing icon which i have circled in the first image. Then you can add a single dimension between level 1 and 2 and then if you select level 2 you can enter the height you want in the dimension. you could also enter the value into the level bubble itself.
