I am facing some problem in scheduling.   I have worked on rebar scheduling but the problem is, I would like to make as combined  text /name in single column.  Please see the attached file for your better understanding.

what is the Solution for this ?

It is not possible to do this in revit currently. Text is not supported by formulas in revit. I think it has been added into 2017 but I am not quite sure.
