Hi, I'm trying to figure out my revit roof. I'm in Revit2016. I've tried to create two seperate roofs but the one shows under the other. I want to hide the part right under the highest roof, the part circled in red in the picture.

From your roof sketch, you will have to sketch the perimeter of your walls on the sides and the doormer roof limits at the roof junction in order to cut the roof out in that area.

So do you mean outline all the walls with the sketch around those because that changes that shape of the roof usually?

Revit does what you tell it to do. Presently, it looks like the main roof is sketched as one line along that side. If you don't want that then it is up to you to sketch the correct limits of that roof.
I can't really tell how many roofs you have here.
