I started a new project and inserted a ceilign mounted light fixture family. The lable does not appear in the fixture on the RCP. It ihas appeared on other projects but not this time. Pelase advise how ot turn it on. I have reinerted the fxture but it does not help. Thank you in advance.

If it is a light label, is that category on in VG?

Yes it is checked, it is on, I can tag it with a leader, but on my previous projjects, it appears inside the circle. Now it does not.
