Hi All,
I am using Revit Structure 2015 and my point clouds are not appearing, they are loaded and are selectable but do not appear. I am using Windows 10 with a Nvidia M4000 graphics card. Its a new computer and I'm struggling to sort this out. Any help would be much appreciated.

Some thoughts as to what it could be:1) Did you convert the Point cloud file to the correct type? .rcp file name I think it is. I think I used Autodesk Recap to convert my last one.2) Is the scale of the point cloud file correct. Could it be very small and hard to see? If you turn everything on in a 3D view and select everything does the point cloud appear in the filter view?3) Is the point cloud turned on? While in your view check you Visibility Graphics Overrides Window ( Type VV) and check the point cloud tab. Also go to Manage, Manage Links tab and check the point cloud is there and turned on.

I don't know your graphics card but that may be an issue. Turn off hardware acceleration under the Revit R dropdown/options/graphics.

Thanks,
I have tried turning off hardware acceleration, but that didnt seem to make a difference either.
The graphics card I am using is NVIDIA Quadro M4000.
