The firm I just started with does a lot of residential, so complex roofs is new for me. As you can on the attached, the corner is an issue. the issue is the gable roof is 10:12 while the main roof is 6:12, causing the strange valley. Looking for some guidance. If all are the same pitch then it looks fine.

You haven't told us what you want.  Is it like my first image?  If so, pay attention to my slopes in second image.  Note - Step back wall under main rood does not have a slope.

I do and I don't. To get this I changed the roof thickness to the minimum of the roof sheathing. When I make the roof type thicker, say adding in framing, the corner really changes and shows the flaw.

Quit refreshing your screen.  Each time you do that, you post again.  Open from the recent posts.

This would have been a lot simplier if you had pointed to your problem in your images and shown us your sketch.  The problem has nothing to do with the roof slope or thickness.  It is your sketch ...in particular, that rfight lower corner.  You have to have a small roof edge to get what you want - joining two slopes in the corner.   Below is my solution and a close up of my corner.

If you don't mind, please look at my file. I have purged it out of everything not needed. Give me your advice please.

So please point out the exact problem you see.   Is it your roof or your fascia junction?

If it is the fascia, then  you have to realize that Revit represents what you would have in the field.  You can't expect tow fascias at different inclines to join both top and bottom.  Physical impossibility!

Here is my partial solution.  First, I did the two fascias seperately so I could manipulate the endpoint.  I pulled the fascia's back 3/4" (instance location variable) then I joined the two.  So what's your field solution her?   Probably to clip flat, the bottom of the left fascia.

I have to ask.   Does this main roof really overhang the main walls as far as you have modeled it?   You have structural problems here.
