Revit 2016 - I am creating a simple north arrow from a generic annotation. I want the north symbol to be able to rotate but the word NORTH to always remain readable left to right. Insight?

Back in 2006 when I created my rotatable north arrow, I left the text be a label that did not rotate.  If you manually rotate the annotation instead of making a parametric family, the text will work but the keep readable properties do not work.

So how do you force the label to not rotate but allow the arrow to?
