I have an annying problem which might be basic but i cant figure out. I'm creating a stucture with purlins and trusses but strange happens are starting to create problems. I have attached a picture indicating the problem.
The just of it is certain trusses refuse me to edit there hights. Then, when trying to edite my colmb hight, it does the same. This isnt a commen accurance, only on a select few experience the problem.
I have looked for any locks, puzzel pieces and connected elements.
Please advise

Are the columns hosted incorrectly?

Maybe repeat the process, but what works for me sometimes is to CTRL+X and then use the "Paste in same place" button on the ribbon.
Revit does that to me on wall openings and certain other system families.

None of this helped...
I need to be able to solve the problem. Not avoid it, or work around it.

Avoiding it is what happens when you do it right. By doing it right you are working around the wrong way of doing it which is the way you appear to be doing it now.Hosting, dragging arrows, pasting in place are all valid methods to do the columns right which seem to work for everyone else. We are just recommending common reasons for why the column isn't the right length. So chill ya boots man.Can you not copy a column that has the correct height and paste it - from your image there appears to be a number of them at the correct hgith already.
