Is there a way to change the elevation info the Levels displays? By default, levels display the height above the project basepoint. In the same way that you can display elevations in "relative base" above a certain level. No one cares how high a ceiling is above sea level or the Revit project base point.

The answer is in your HELP. You can move your project base point to wherever you want and you can modify your levels to reference project base point or survey.
Ceiling tags can be made to reference height above their floor level.
It's all in your HELP.
