This item just come to attention recently.  I imported a survey's DWG file in REVIT 2016 and started tracing the property line by picking the line in the AutoCAD file.  When I finish tracing the boundry, I added property line tags to the new property line in the REVIT model. In the surveyor's dwg file the property line's bearing are all round to the nearest minute. The property line tag in the REVIT model are showing fraction of second in the bearing. I looked at the project unit setting and also in the family file of the property line tag.  It seems to me that the property line's bearing cannot be round to the nearest minute.  If someone can offer advice on how to adjust the rounding value of property line's line's bearing will be greatly appreciated. Thanks is advance for your help!

Best Regards,

If you just want to show a line, then do that but don't label property lines if they are incorrect.

You really should only use a legal property description and that should be available from your surveyor.

generally I don't trace the surveyor's lines I use the property line generator by following the surveyor's lines around in the clockwise direction. once generated this line can be placed over the dwg background and lined up with the surveyor's lines.
