i cant download. what happen? why? somebody pls help me how to fix this.

You are not following the instructions on the screen. A year ago or so, some of the browsers changed and the direct download gives you text. Simply follow the instructions on the screen at the download.

See image attached.
We have a user that was in the chatroom and says that they don't have a save link as option like shown in the attached. I have never seen a system not show that option. Is something else causing their problem?
