I am looking for a faster way to set up views for creating shop drawings for the steel beams in our buildings. (We are currently not using advance steel) 

Our engineer likes to have the views set up so that instead of the camera rotating around the beam the beam rotates infront of the camera so the one end is always on the left side. I have been able to do this by creating an elevation of each side. Then creating a callout of one elevation and rotating that. On top of that I also have to create individual top and bottom views for each beam. While this works it is tedious to set up especially when there are multiple beams. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
