We model many multi-level, residential wood buildings.  I need to know if there's a way to denote out third type of wall's cut pattern.

First type is Wood Stud bearing wall which we assign a solid fill to the coarse fill pattern.

Second type Wood Stud shear wall which we assign a small diagonal fill to the coarse fill pattern.

Third is a combination Wood Stud Bearing and Shear Wall.  Is there a way to assign both a solid (shaded) fill and a diagonal line fill to the single family type?  Or using a filter override?

I'm not exactly sure what the question is. A sketch goes a long way in describing this type of thing.
