Im pretty sure I have researched "Good Revit Font before and came up with "You have to import something."
I really don't want to have to learn how to import anything right now.
Does anyone have any suggestions to a good Revit (2013) dimension and or text font? For Architectural plans-floor plans, elevations, sections etc.
Thank you!

Revit uses your system's True Type Fonts. If you want something else, you have to load it into your system - NOT REVIT.
To see your system fonts and characters, hit the start button and type in CHAR MAP in the search programs window. Use the pulldown to see all of your fonts. You can also use this to copy/paste special characters into your revit text.
