is there a way to have the windows tile side by side as opposed to on top of each other when you tile the open windows? (this is related to a dual monitor set up and spending a couple weeks detailing out wall sections.

Don't think so, window tiling is automatic based on how many views you have open. You could manually rearrange window sizes and positions though...

Bump to this. Can we put this on a wishlist? It is a MAJOR pain in the rear (and a dumb design, IMNSHO) to have the tiling of 3 windows place the full length window on the right. But, barring that little change (swap the 2 for 1 left/right), I would much prefer to be able to customize my tiling and save the settings based on how many windows are open. Basically, give me God-like control over the tiling! And do it yesterday, if you don't mind.

Super Bump! Still no Tile Vertically option with Revit 2010... which is BS considering I assume the majority of users run dual monitors. I run Revit stretched across dual 24" widescreens, and needless to say WT is completely useless. I would love a shortcut to tile vertically instead of having to do it manually. Completely unacceptable Autodesk! End rant.

ultra bump!
Still no setting in Revit 2015... oh well, we will just have to accept that Autodesk likes designing gimicks for newer releases instead of perfecting workflow
