I'm using revit 2015. I need to add 12'-0"x 12'-0" x 6" deep drop panels to a 9" floor slab. The problem is the floor slab is sloped and so is the underside of the floor slab. Is there an easier way to slope the drop panels other than using the "Modify Sub Elements" command? It's a huge project with multiple floor slabs of different slopes.

What do you mean by "dropped panels" ?  Do you mean a floor depression or a thickened area?

I use a face based void family to create floor depressions.  You could use a similar family to thicken an area by applying it to the bottom face of the floor.

WWHub,

The drop panel is essentially a 6"thinken slab under the main 9" thick slab. If the 9" floor slab was perfectly flat you just create another 12'x12' floor slab that's 6" thick and adjust the "Height Offset from Level" so the slab is -9" below the main floor slab.

Here is a sloping slab with a face based family like I suggested.
