Hello Again,
I'm nearing the end of my first project and the dwgs are scheduled to be submitted for consent in 3 days time. I have a Plan view issue for the highest level however, in that the HATCHING of the external wall family is not showing up at this Level?
I have checked the constraints, top offsets and heights in Properties and they suggest that the wall hatch should show up at this Level in Plan - as indeed they do for lower levels. The walls themselves appear fine in section and 3D.
Any help or guidance to solve this issue would be appreciated.

Need more information.
Height of the walls? View cut plane? Is the view set to fine, coarse or medium mode? Is the view hidden line?

'View' is set to Fine
Under 'Graphics in View' the Cut Pattern is grey BY MATERIAL /Cut Lines are all OBJECT STYLE
Unconnected Wall heights set artificially high in Properties at 6.4m for the actual Level H of 5.92m.
Beyond this, I'm not sure what else to look for or where to find it ie Cut Plane or Hidden Line view?
It's a pretty elementary model and there must be some tools available that I'm either completely ignoring or unaware of) ...that can prevent this issue.

Under the F/Plan Properties the 'View Range' is greyed out and when I arbitrarily got to open and EDIT it I found the Primary Range associated to the correct level, with the Cut Plane top offset set to 0.0 ...cant seem to find how to editi View Range now,though...
Architectural View template set to FINE
Under Graphic Display Options the 'Model Display' box comes up with 'Hidden Line' greyed out.
Under the Floor Plan Properties Visibilty/Graphics menu, Walls are ticked only/no halftone tick or might be something need doing in here aswell?
Sorry I can't give any more information as to why the wall hatch is not showing up in Plan View.

Do you have a view template applied to the plan view. This is normally why you can't adjust the view range as the view range's settings are driven by what is in the template. Turn off the view template by selecting the view and going to the properties and turning off the view template parameter.

There is no View Template set to this.
I've checked the constraints/offsets for the walls again and they seem ok.
Must be something in View Range that needs adjusting maybe or perhaps need to change Graphic Display Options so that the Model Display does not default to Hidden Line?
Not really sure how to do these things atm tbh, so shall play around with it a bit more methinks.

OK - Cheers I'll have a look.
A very clear diagram which states the Primary Range below 10'6" which is below the level height I'm concerned with.
The Level Im trying to get the wall hatching to show through is set at 12'6" or thereabouts.
The Cut Pattern within Materials Editor for each element in the wall family are set as per Object Style.
I'm getting really stuck here and time is no longer of the essence. The workround will be to superimpose the walls by re-drawing them from this level and then print/save the drawing WITHOUT saving the file.
Thanks for taking the time taken to try and puzzle this out for me.
