I'm not sure what a 'clipped eaves' is but using a solid VOID extrusion to CUT the roof can do some neat stuff.

Just don't assign an overhang when you pick that wall in your sketch.

Thanks for your reply, I have currently drawn them with no overhang, although this seems to work.

Is there a way that I can asjust the finish of the wall so the render will continue up behind where the gutter will be as shown on the attached image so the end cut of the roff is not shown?

Its the only issue I am having at the moment, to get around this we have been using fasicas coloured with the same finish as the render then with a horizontal profile offset of -18 and vertical profile offset of -15 to enable a nearly flush finish, lines then have to be made invisible on elevation views which is time consuming.

If there is an easier way to go about this so that they look good in both elevations and 3D without the need of any extra drafting.

any help would be great.

Andy
