I am working on an existing building where the ground is much higher on one side than the other. However there is a drainage area on the high side we would like to show. I have set up a plan region in this area in hopes of setting the cut plane higher (to show the contour lines instead of the cut topo). However changing the cut plane in this plan region does not change the topo cut. Do plan regions not affect topo surfaces, or am I missing something.

So the only way to control the cut of a Topo is by changing the cut plane of the entire view? Seems a bit strange.
