Hi! Is there a way to get gross sf for each room? I need the area to be taken from the interior wall centerline and outer edge of exterior wall.
I know how to adjust the area/volume comps, but it seems the only options are to compute room areas from wall finish, wall center, and wall core, wall core center. I don't think any of those help in my case where i need the center of interiors and outer edge of exterior walls (?)
Are area plans my only option here?
Thanks!
Linda

When we need this, we turn off room bounding for the exterior walls and add our own room bounding line along the exterior.

That sounds like a great idea. I will try that. Thanks!
