Hi everyone, I am wondering why my structural model is masking everything. Any ideas?
Plus, I can't see the walls or anything in plan view.
Sections all show the linked structure.
3D shows the linked structure.
All my worksets and linked models are turned on in plan, section, and 3D.

What information have you given us ?
Linked what - CAD or Revit?
What view settings for the link in the view in question? If Revit, are you using linked view?

Probably a combination of view range and visibility graphics. Maybe upload a snapshot and display settings. What happens if you switch to Wire Frame. I'd also investigated the stuctural model itself and what it contains . . .
