We are sharing our file with our MEP engineers (not in our office).  They are receiving an error message, preventing them from linking our file to update theirs.  The message reads "the value for Number of People must be between 0 and 10,000".  I am stumped (fairly easy to do), but I also can't find any leads to give me an idea of what I'm dealing with.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

A

Have the engineers opened the Revit File, and saved it as a central file at their end, prior to attempting to link ?

It must be saved as a central file prior to linking I believe.

I do not do MEP but I know that there are calculations performed in the MEP based on element properties.  I'm sure that this problem is with the settings in the MEP files and how they are using your model.

Check out this in the HERE.  I will be it is in the settings there.
